We collect identity and contact details (name, email, phone), delivery address and postcode, waste and skip preferences, preferred delivery dates, and payment-related information processed by our payment provider. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and device information for security and analytics.
3. Why we use your data
We process data to provide quotes and bookings, arrange delivery and collection, comply with waste duty-of-care and Environment Agency requirements, take payment, prevent fraud, and respond to enquiries. Legal bases include contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
4. Sharing
We may share data with payment processors (for example Stripe), IT providers, local authorities for road permits, and licensed waste facilities. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
